Interface at Everest Poker 10/01/2010
The players that have the option to play something other than US poker sites should find that Everest Poker is a great choice for beginner players. I’d like to continue my Everest coverage today by talking about the software. Like I said last time, the weakest aspect of Everest’s download free poker site is the amount of memory the software uses. Before you start thinking that the software is useless, though, let me mention some of the positives. There is a strict requirement for smooth navigation on the best online poker sites, and no one will be disappointed with the menus on Everest. You can choose to search through the poker room employing a tabbed menu system, or you can customize it to show you only the games of your choosing. Once you figure out which method you like best, you should have no problems finding exactly what you need. One of the best things about having access to money poker sites is the ability to play multiple tables at once. You will be happy to hear that Everest Poker tables are fully resizable, but they also give you a feature that not many sites offer: you can choose to size the tables to four different resolutions. These resolutions are 640x480, 800x600, 1024x728, and 1280x960. These multi-tabling features really stand out when trying to decide whether to pick an Everest Poker download among the sites available. However, the one thing holding Everest Poker back is the memory hog issue. If they ever want to catch the Bwin Poker download in popularity, they will need to give players the option to reduce the use of graphics while playing. You can cease the chip and card animations, but this does little to combat the problem. If you would prefer to wait for Everest to give their software an overhaul prior to playing on their network, there are plenty of other rooms to play at. You already know about Tiger Gaming, so why not start there? CommentsLeave a Reply |
